She wore a stunning white, sleeveless La Quan Smith gown.

The dress had cutouts by her belly ʙuттon, ribs, in between her cleavage, and on her whole back.

The neckline was a turtleneck and the dress had no sleeves, so her toned arms were on display.

Khloe wore her long, brown hair down and wavy.

It blew in the wind and showed off her silver hoop earrings.
