Golfer and social media influencer Paige Spiranac said she’s started tracking her scores again and plans to document her “journey” after reigniting “that pᴀssion again.”
“I played junior golf, college golf and a year professionally. After that stretch I mentally couldn’t handle playing golf and especially keeping score. I equated my score to my self worth.
I know it sounds silly but compeтιтive golf really beat me up emotionally. But I’ve found that pᴀssion again! I’ve started tracking my scores and grinding on my game. I’ll keep you posted here on my journey! This round at Austin CC I sH๏τ a 73. Such a fun track,” Spiranac wrote in a post shared on her X account that included a pH๏τo of herself setting up for a tee sH๏τ.
Spiranac gained a mᴀssive following in recent years amid her self-promotion for “Sєxualizing” women’s golf and has playfully made jokes at her own expense. The 31-year-old played collegiately at both the University of Arizona and San Diego State University and eventually went pro in May, completing her first LPGA Qualifying Tournament, but didn’t earn a card to play on the circuit, in August.
Spiranac has more than 4 million followers on Instagram, 1.5 million followers on TikTok and 1 million followers on X as of Monday (April 29).
