“Lame” is how Paige Spiranac, a golf influencer, has described some of the criticism one of her recent Instagram posts has received from fans online.

Spinarac, who is not a pro golfer but was a division 1 college player in the US between 2012 and 2015, now makes a living as a social media personality and golf instructor.

Last week Spiranac posted images of her on a green at a golf course in an ensemble that she herself described as showing “little cheeky or booty cleavage.”

The comments to that post have drawn even more attention to the post in question that has received more than 125,000 likes

“It’s amazing the outrage this outfit is causing on Instagram. It’s just a little cheeky or booty cleavage as I think it’s quite tame and this picture is cute. Thoughts?” Spiranac asked her legions of followers on the platform.

The responses have come in fast and thick.

“You’ll break the internet,” one X user responded.

A fan had this to say: “Paige, you don’t need to get tacky to keep the brand doing well. This is a little bit more than

is needed.”

One fan, writing on behalf of ‘everyone,’ implored her to be ‘more outrageous.’

Fans have wondered how Paige could outdo the double entendre caption to the suggestive post: “Do you leave the pin in, or pull out?” it reads.
