The 30-year-old admitted that there are few worse feelings when playing golf than seeing your ball fly into the sand.

Posting to her 3.9million Instagram followers, Paige attempted to ease their pain.

She explained that when raking a bunker, a split grip is vital for control.

The American then added that rakers should have a “wide base stance” and that “speed is key”.

Paige then urged followers to “take their time”, ensuring that the bunker is in good condition for whoever uses it next.

Her reel quickly received more than 30,000 likes.

And many fans raced to leave a comment.
