The reality star and entrepreneur showcased her incredibly tiny waist in a white crop top with low-slung trousers as she grabbed a H๏τ beverage from Starbucks.
The 43-year-old star highlighted her pert derriere in the figure-hugging bottoms, which featured black, red and white tones.
Kim hit the pavement in black pointed boots while carrying a tiny black snakeskin Hermes Kelly bag.
The star drove herself to the Starbucks, opting to use her $185K silver Mercedes-Maybach S580.
Kim wore her brunette locks back into a bun while opting to wear minimal makeup.
The star was joined by a pal for the Sunday afternoon coffee run.
Kim lost 16 pounds to fit in Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress in May 2022 for the Met Gala.
She lost another five pounds since then, which brought her total weight loss to 21 pounds, she revealed on the Today Show.
The star had revealed she lost the 16 pounds in three weeks by cutting out carbs and sugar.
At the time, Kim was heavily criticized for losing weight so drastically and the message it sent.
‘Yeah you know I looked at it like a role. I really wanted to wear this dress. It was really important to me. It actually taught me a lot about my lifestyle and my health and since then, afterwards, I continued to eat really healthy. I am down 21 pounds now. I’m not trying to lose any more weight but I have more energy than ever. I cut out so much sugar. A lot of junk food I was eating. I didn’t even realize it. A lot of fried foods. And I completely changed my lifestyle,’ Kim revealed during the interview.
