opular golf influencer Paige Spiranac is back with another top on TikTok, showing her fellow duffers how to hit some of the most difficult sH๏τs in the game.

In Spiranac’s latest instructional golf video, she explains and demonstrates how to deal with hitting a ball with a buried lie in the rough.

“The first thing you want to do is put the ball a little bit back in your stance, choke down slightly for control, and then swing as hard as you can, down at the back of the ball,” she says.

“Really, it’s kind of a hit and hope, but hit it hard,” she concludes her TikTok video.

In Paige Spiranac’s previous TikTok golf tip video, she strayed away from her usual topic of how to hit various golf sH๏τs to something else every golfer should know how to do correctly: how to properly repair a ball mark on the green.

“I see a ton of these left on the green. There’s no excuse for that. So here is the proper way,” Paige says.

“You don’t want to dig in and then pull up. That actually kills the grᴀss.

“So you’re going to go around your entire ball mark with your tee or divot repair and push it to the ball mark,” she continued.

“After that, you’re going to tap it down with your putter.

And just for kicks, a few days before that, Paige Spiranac jumped on the #yearbookchallenge TikTok trend to see what she would look like today as a high schooler in various outfits using AI.
