Scarlett Johansson made a minimalist style statement while being honored at the 2023 God’s Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards on Monday in New York City, wearing a black gathered dress from the Michael Kors Collection. The actress coordinated the all-black look with тιԍнтs, Gianvito Rossi heels and black smoky eye makeup. Johansson worked with stylist Erica Cloud for the look.

Johansson’s dress was from the Michael Kors’ spring 2024 collection, which channeled classic women through the ages, including Jane Birkin and Kors’ mother, Joan Kors. 
Johansson was honored alongside actor Ben Platt at the event for her charity work. The critically acclaimed actress is known for her philanthropic efforts and has even brought them into the fashion industry.

After being named a brand ambᴀssador for David Yurman, Johansson collaborated with the New York City-based brand on a curated ᴀssortment of jewelry pieces in 2023. Part of the proceeds from the collection went to the Lower Eastside Girls Club, an organization that offers free innovative programs to young women and gender-expansive youth in New York City.

The 2023 God’s Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards included performances by Tony-award-winning singer J. Harrison Ghee and R&B songstress Mary J. Blige. God’s Love We Deliver is a charity organization that provides and home-delivers nutritious meals for sick people.
