After a decade of dating off and on — and a prior proposal in 2012 — Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, who met on the set of The Last Song in 2008, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in December 2018 at the Franklin, Tenn., home that Cyrus absolutely adores.
Surrounded by family, including Cyrus’ sisters Noah and Brandi as well as Hemsworth’s older brothers, the at-home nuptials were first shared via Conrad Jack Carr’s Instagram story and later posted on Miley’s own feed, as well as that of her mother, Tish Cyrus.
Below are pictures from the wedding and its reception to the silly and sweet moments in between — including the pair cutting the cake and the Hemsworth siblings doing sH๏τ skis.

Their wedding day was “perfect,” a source tells PEOPLE.
“They always wanted a small, private celebration with family and close friends and that’s what they got. Miley seems ecstatic,” the source said.
“She loves her Tennessee home and was very happy about having the ceremony there,” the insider added.
