For the occasion, the “Flowers” signer selected a black McQueen suit featuring a plunging neckline, bold shoulders, a metal arm wrap and pleated flared trousers. She accessorized with silver rings and black pumps.

Wearing her highlighted brunette tresses straightened, Cyrus’ makeup included brown eye shadow and a glossy pink lip.
