A musician is typically at the height of their career after winning their first Grammy. They just managed a feat that few stars will accomplish, and if they claim one of the biggest prizes given away in music, the next chapter should stand out as one of their biggest. Miley Cyrus is in that period at the moment, but somehow, her latest single doesn’t seem to benefit much from her newly achieved level of success.

Cyrus’ new single “Doctor (Work It Out)” debuts on two Billboard charts this week, following its first full frame of availability. The tune, a collaboration with frequent collaborator Pharrell, may have been highly anticipated, but it hasn’t become a quick smash–at least not the kind some might have expected from the singer in this moment.

“Doctor (Work It Out)” debuts on the H๏τ 100 at No. 74. It earns one of the lowest starts of the week, coming in behind just-dropped cuts from fellow musical stars Cardi B (“Like What [Freestyle],” No. 38) and Twenty One Pilots (“Overcompensate,” No. 64). Just one track, Jordan Davis’ “Tucson Too Late,” launches lower (No. 86).

At the same time it arrives on the H๏τ 100, “Doctor (Work It Out)” also finds its way to the Digital Song Sales chart–but on that list, it also misses reaching a high some may have predicted would be in store for the cut. Cyrus and Pharrell’s latest collab opens at No. 11 on the ranking of the bestselling tracks in the country, barely missing the top 10. According to Luminate, the cut sold 3,431 copies in its debut frame.

Somewhat surprisingly, “Doctor (Work It Out)” didn’t perform nearly as well as one of Cyrus’ older singles, which is still going strong after a much, much longer tenure in the spotlight. Currently, Cyrus’ “Flowers” is a non-mover at No. 21 on the H๏τ 100. It’s also up at No. 9 on the Digital Song Sales chart, where it outpaces her newer release by fewer than 100 purchases.
