The discussion began when Spiranac was asked if she felt “annoyed” by frequent questions regarding the authenticity of her breasts.
In response, the golfer, who has a history of addressing social media trolls, decided to offer a heartfelt explanation about her body changes.
“They’ve actually gotten a lot bigger, and so I can see a lot of people being confused by when I first started this,” Spiranac revealed. She attributed the changes to weight gain and elaborated, “I’ve always had, like, a chest, but not like this. And it’s because I’ve gained weight, and I’ve talked about all those reasons.”
Spiranac acknowledged that the changes in her body have led to questions and confusion among her followers. She concluded by expressing her wonderment at the human body’s ability to change and adapt, describing it as “magical.”

Conor McGregor’s journey in the world of mixed martial arts has witnessed fluctuations as significant as his fighting weight. The lean and tattoo-free Irishman who made his debut in UFC a decade ago in 2013, is almost unrecognizable when compared to the muscular McGregor who is gearing up for his comeback in the upcoming year.
She said, “It’s just that the human body is a magical thing.”
Paige Spiranac advocates for more athletic wear in Golf
Spiranac, who has been a target of constant criticism for her clothing choices, recently addressed her preference for sporty attire in an interview with Sports Illustrated.
Reflecting on her background as a gymnast before transitioning to golf, Spiranac explained that she feels most comfortable in sporty outfits like spandex, a preference she developed during her gymnastics career, which often required wearing leotards.
Her choice to wear athletic attire while playing golf was not only a matter of comfort but also a practical decision due to financial constraints.
“We were struggling a little bit financially,” Spiranac stated, “and so I didn’t have the luxury to go out and buy a whole new golf-appropriate wardrobe. And so, I wore what was in my closet, which was workout clothes. That’s just how I learned to play the game.”
Spiranac firmly believes that golfers should be seen as athletes, a perspective that has led her to question the traditional dress code in golf.
She often wonders why golfers don’t dress in a manner that aligns more with the attire of athletes in other sports.
“That was always my mindset when I got into golf,” she noted, “and it really rubs people the wrong way, which is shocking.”
Spiranac acknowledges that her preference for athletic wear, such as tank tops and spandex, has raised eyebrows and sparked intense discussions within the golfing community.
