The video was shared on social media by an app called Lisa AI: 90s Yearbook & Avatar, and it was done without her consent.

This is not the first time Johansson has encountered issues related to the unauthorized use of her image, as she previously sued Disney in for the simultaneous digital release of her film ‘Black Widow’, which she believed breached her contract.

The AI-powered ad featured a voice imitation of Johansson in her role as the Black Widow, encouraging viewers to explore the app’s features, including avatar creation and AI-generated images and videos.

A disclaimer in the ad clarified that the images were produced by Lisa AI and were not related to Johansson herself.

“What’s up guys? I’m Scarlett and I want you to come with me,” the voice said.
