Scarlett Johansson, 27, is considered to be one of the world’s most beautiful women and although she is flattered to be considered a Sєx symbol, she says her gorgeous face and figure have resulted in her losing out artistically.

When discussing if she has lost out on roles because she is Sєxy, she said:

“That has happened to me before, yeah.

“That’s always an unfortunate thing to figure out, ‘Why can’t you see?!’ For me, I would imagine when casting someone, you would want to challenge yourself in some way.

“It is so interesting to see actors transform. There are certainly plenty of times when I am definitely not Sєxy.”

The We Bought A Zoo star – who was previously married to Ryan Reynolds – does work hard to maintain her enviable figure and avoids meat and dairy products to stay slender.

However, Scarlett isn’t as strict as some Hollywood actresses with her diet and is happy to indulge in a few glᴀsses of wine now and again.

She said: “I live a relatively healthy lifestyle, I think. I’m not overly strict.

“I like to go out and enjoy myself and drink a couple of glᴀsses of wine and stay out late occasionally and eat a slice of cake.

“I work out and eat well most of the time and try to get some rest. [I eat] lots of kale. I try to stay away from meat and dairy and foods like that.”
