Blondes may have more fun, but former pro golfer turned social media sensation Paige Spiranac announced that she was “going to the dark side” with a new hair color.
The 30-year-old stunner, who has accumulated nearly four million followers on Instagram, posted a selfie showing off her makeover on social media this week. “I changed my hair color,” Spiranac wrote, showing off her new light brown tresses with light blonde highlights. “Slowly going to the dark side.”
But that’s not the only reason Spiranac is looking different lately. In a recent Q&A on Instagram stories, she revealed that she’s dropped over 10 pounds.

“I’ve actually dropped almost like 12 pounds and I’m really focusing on intermittent fasting,” she revealed to her followers, when asked about the noticeable difference with her weight. “I do a 16 hour fast every single day, and I do weight training at least three times per week … I do classes like pilates or Reformer, Lagree twice a week, and then I try to walk at least 20 miles, as well, per week.”

Spiranac explained that she has also been trying to eat healthy, but also doesn’t restrict herself. She added that she’s also been cutting out alcohol in addition to her new diet and fitness regime.
And it seems to be paying off. Just a few weeks ago, Spiranac posted a video of herself swinging in a golf simulation clad in just a sports bra and leggings. “It’s scientifically proven that you’ll hit it farther if you wear spandex,” she quipped. “I don’t make the rules.”
