Golf Mommy is back at it again! The predictions are up, and it’s none other than Paige Spiranac who has dished out the same. It seems even she could not shy away from the hype that was building up in the golfing community owing to the 2024 American Express. But there’s a catch. Shockingly, Scottie Scheffler was nowhere to be found on the list!
Huh, surprising! Anyways, whenever any golf tournament crawls near, the athlete-turned-influencer does her share to engage in fervor as she reveals her picks for the event, or more specifically, who she thinks would win. Well, it wasn’t any different this time around, either!
Paige Spiranac’s picks for 2024 American Express
The 30-year-old shared a story on her Instagram handle, revealing her preferences for the third event on the 2024 PGA Tour calendar. Starting off, she picked out world No. 6 Xander Schauffele and No. 27 Sungjae Im of the OWGR as the “Players I(sic) love this week.”
Adding on, the diva selected J.T. Poston and Jason Day, ranked at No. 36 and 18, respectively, as golfers “who have great momentum going into this week.” Meanwhile, the model also chose world No. 14 Tom Kim and No. 37 Min Woo Lee as “two extra picks.” There is still no Scheffler on the list, although he was able to finish inside the top 5 for two of the last three tourneys he played, including a victory at the Hero World Challenge and a T5 at Maui.
Well, this is not the first time she did not pick the pro. During the 2023 FedEx St. Jude Championship, the ravishing American went ahead to choose Tyrrell Hatton and ignored the 1X major champ. In the recent story, she selected Im and Poston since they were able to tie at T5 with Scheffler during the Sentry. What’s more, Day and Schauffele were also able to finish just below the 27-year-old at T10 during the first signature event. It seems she picked the underdogs this time around.

However, has she always turned a blind eye to the 6-time PGA Tour champ? Not at all, as the blonde bombshell had once expressed her support for the golfer last year, many times!
Spiranac roots for Scheffler on the PGA Tour
The 2022 Maxim Sєxiest Woman had picked the golfer during her 2023 PGA Championship and U.S. Open predictions. Moreover, he had also been named during her TOUR Championship predictions. Unfortunately, he couldn’t claim a win in all three.

But, back in 2023, following Scheffler’s spectacular performance of 17-under 271 at the Players Championship, the diva took to her Twitter to make it clear that she was rooting for him. She shared a tweet mentioning how he is “so disgustingly good at golf” and appears to be “an even better person.” Continuing with her post, she even dubbed him an “easy guy to root for.”
Regardless of her history with the pro, her fans would be hoping for one of her picks to win the event this time around. But, with the likes of professionals, including the current No. 1 on the field, they surely have a tough road up ahead.
