Actress Scarlett Johansson is considered one of the most beautiful women in the world of show business.
However, staying in shape and maintaining her beauty hasn’t been an easy task as she has had to be very careful with her skin, and as the years go by, exercise is key to keeping a great body.
During an interview with Stylist, the 38-year-old celebrity revealed part of her routine to stay slim, and discipline has been fundamental because she’s noticed the changes in her body with the pᴀssage of time. She also noted that her wellness is an important part of her mental health.
“For me, wellness is a huge part of my mental wellbeing. I try and do some sort of exercise around four days a week if I can,” she told the outlet. “I’ve been doing pilates for the last eight years or so, and I’ve found it to be amazing.
“I used to mostly just lift weights, but at some point, my recovery wasn’t what it used to be, you know. I think it’s just getting older and having my body change – but pilates really helped me feel better in all ways.”
The secret to her porcelain skin
In addition to the athletic figure that has helped her play characters like ‘Black Widow’ in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Johansson is admired for her beauty.
However, she confessed that it hasn’t been easy because she had problems with acne, which motivated her to launch her brand The Ousets, specialized in skin care, to help people who suffer with similar issues.
“I struggled with acne forever,” she said. “My brother actually just showed me pH๏τos of myself at a family thing when I was probably 19 or 20, and my skin quality is completely different.
“When I saw that pH๏τo it just, you know, it brought everything back. All those painful memories. I just struggled with my skin for such a long time.
